Who We Are

About

A new kind of engineering consultancy — where deep BIM expertise meets the frontier of artificial intelligence.

Engineering is information.
AI reads it faster.

The construction industry generates more data than it knows what to do with — thousands of submittals, RFIs, clash reports, BIM models, and transmittals per project. Most of that data sits unread, mismanaged, or reviewed too late.

The AI Playbook was founded on a simple thesis: the tools exist today to change that. LLMs can review documents. MCPs can interrogate live models. Automation pipelines can track overdue workflows in real time. The question is who will build them for engineering — and we are.

Models should be interrogated,
not just opened.
— —
Submittals should be reviewed
by intelligence, not exhaustion.
— —
Compliance should be
generated, not written.

John Brown

BIM Manager · AI Automation Specialist · AEC Technologist

With years of experience managing BIM across mega-projects in Middle East — including transport hubs, luxury resorts, and urban development — John combines rigorous ISO 19650 compliance expertise with a deep technical stack in AI tooling.

Working as a dual-role BIM Manager across Middle East, he has built automation pipelines that produce rejection reports, track overdue Aconex workflows, interrogate live Revit models via MCP, and generate compliance documentation — all with AI at the core.

The AI Playbook is the consultancy form of that expertise: available to engineering firms ready to move beyond manual BIM management into intelligent, automated delivery.

How we work.

Precision over volume

One accurate, well-structured report beats ten that miss the point. We deliver precision documentation, every time.

Automation over repetition

If a task can be systematized, we build the system. Manual effort is reserved for judgment, not execution.

Standards as a foundation

ISO 19650, BS EN standards, SBC codes — compliance is the baseline, not the ceiling.

Transparency in delivery

Every finding is cited. Every rejection is documented. Every action has an owner and a deadline.
